Lower Bucks County was the scene of two unrelated fatal accidents on Saturday.

The first accident happened on New Falls Road around 1:30 a.m. when a pedestrian was allegedly struck by a vehicle and killed. It has been reported that the pedestrian was crossing New Falls Road near Oxford Valley Road when she was hit by a 2000 Ford Focus. The woman’s identity has not yet been released.

The second accident happened on West Lincoln Highway around 12:30 p.m. when a motorcycle and a car crashed. Police report that 22 year old Kenneth Anderson Jr. was riding his motorcycle eastbound on West Lincoln Highway when a car driven by 78 year old John Moore was turning left from the westbound lanes. Mr. Anderson hit Mr. Moore’s car and was killed.

We extend our condolences to both families following these fatal Bucks County accidents.
