Two Car Collision Causes Damage to Lancaster Building

Two mothers, each with an infant, were driving cars in Lancaster last week when they collided at East Chestnut and North Anne Streets. The crash occurred during the afternoon of Friday December 9, 2011.The force of the two car collision caused the cars to go on to the sidewalk and into a building. Damage to both cars and the building was reported.

It is unclear whether either mother or either child suffered an injury in this Pennsylvania two car accident. We wish anyone who was injured a fast and complete recovery.

24 Year Old Seriously Injured in Lancaster Hit and Run

A 24 year old man from Lancaster was injured in a hit and run accident last week. The crash occurred in the early morning hours of October 27 on West King Street.  According to police, the driver of a pickup truck ran a red light and crashed in to the Lancaster man’s car, 2 planters, a fire hydrant and the display windows at a local barber shop.

The victim, who has been identified as Ryan Brown, had to be freed from his vehicle by emergency workers. He was taken to Lancaster General Hospital and reported to be in serious condition later in the day.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene of the accident. The truck was found and is registered in Pennsylvania.  Police were searching for the driver of the pickup in this Pennsylvania hit and run accident.

Man Faces Drunk Driving Charges After Lancaster County Car Crash

Charges have been filed against a 27 year old man following a serious accident on Saturday October 15, 2011. The crash occurred on Mount Joy Road in Rapho Township. State police have reported that 27 year old Ronald Reynoso lost control of his car and crashed head on into a minivan.

Six people in the minivan and a passenger in Mr. Reynoso’s car were reported to be injured. Mr. Reynoso is facing multiple charges including drunk driving in relation to this Lancaster county car crash.

SUV and Truck Collide in Lancaster County

On Saturday March 19, 2011, an SUV and a tractor trailer truck collided in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  The head on collision occurred on Route 30 in Paradise.  Police report that the SUV collided with the truck and that a man and a child were killed and that three other people were injured.

  The 52 year old SUV driver and a three year old boy both died from their accident injuries.  A 23 year old man is listed in critical condition, a 53 year old woman is in serious condition, and a 5 year old boy suffered moderate injuries in this Lancaster County accident

Lancaster Hit and Run Driver Kills Bicyclist

Early Thursday morning a bicyclist was killed while riding in the 700 block of New Holland Avenue in Lancaster.  The accident happened around 1 a.m.

The police found the bicyclist about a block over from where the accident occurred.  This driver who hit the bicyclist fled the scene of the accident. 

The bicyclist was taken to Lancaster General Hospital and died a short time after arriving at the hospital.  His identity has not yet been released but police say that he was a 27 year old man from East Hempfield Township.

Police believe that the car that hit the bicyclist was a German make hatchback style car.  Anyone with any information about this Lancaster hit and run accident is urged to call Lancaster Police.
