Philadelphia Pedestrians Do Not Believe It!

Monday, July 25th, 2011

Last week rumors about Philadelphia pedestrians were widely circulated on the internet, TV and radio.

The rumors were telling people that it is a crime to walk and talk, text, e-mail or otherwise use a cell phone in Philadelphia.

Distracted pedestrians may not receive the $120 fine cited on national programs, but they may be dangerous and create a serious accident.  Thus, Philadelphians, tourists and others are being encouraged to walk safely and to avoid being the victim of a Philadelphia distracted driving crash.
